Overview
Categories allow you to group related products together. This helps both internal teams manage a large catalog and customers find the services they need.Why Use Categories?
- Organization: Group products by business unit, service type, or target audience.
- Filtering: Easily filter products in the admin UI or the API.
- Portal Layout: Use categories to structure how products are displayed in your customer-facing store or portal.
Creating Categories
- Go to BillSpree → Billing Setup → Categories.
- Click Add Category.
- Provide a Name and Description.
- You can also assign a Parent Category to create a hierarchical structure.
Assigning Products to Categories
When editing a Pricing Template, you can select one or more categories to which it belongs.Example Structure
