Understanding Customer Balances
The Customer Balances section helps you manage your liabilities and maintain good relationships with your suppliers by ensuring you never miss a payment.What’s Included:
- Total Payables: The total amount you owe to a specific customer across all unpaid bills.
- Customer Credits: Amounts you have overpaid or credit notes issued by the customer for returned goods or service issues.
- Net Payable: The final amount you need to pay (Total Payables - Customer Credits).

- Customer History: A chronological list of all bills received and payments made to a specific customer.
- Balance Alerts: Get notified when a customer balance exceeds a certain threshold or when a large payment is due.
